The City of Victoria Falls, on 14 December 2023, resolved to invite expression of interest to purchase a commercial land stand 1815 in terms of Section 152 of the Urban Councils Act (Chapter 29:15) from potential reputable and legally registered persons.

Interested parties to submit detailed development proposals with:
- Letter of application to participate in expressing interest to purchase the said property.
- Company profile, including copies of registration papers and VAT registration
- A completed bidding form
- Funding guarantee from a registered bank, finance house, an insurance company or pension fund; not to exceed 60days from the date of CFEOI.
A complete set of CFEOI documents with specifications may be purchased at Victoria Falls City Council offices, Corner Livingstone Way, Victoria Falls, from 03 February 2025 upon payment of a non-refundable application fee of US$ 500.00 On submission, a copy of the receipt should be attached to the CFEOI document. Expressions of interest should ONLY be submitted in sealed envelopes that are properly addressed with the reference number, and be deposited in a box marked at the Reception of Victoria Falls City Council Main Offices, Cnr Livingstone Way and Parkway Drive, P. O. Box 41, Victoria Falls, not later than 1000hrs on 11 March 2025. A site visit to the piece of land will be conducted on 19 February 2025 at 1000hrs.
Faxed, emailed or late expressions of interest will not be accepted. Victoria Falls City Council does not bind itself to accept the highest price and reserves the right to cancel the Call.
