NOTICE ON INTENSIFIED WATER DISCONNECTIONS FOR OUTSTANDING PAYMENTS
The City of Victoria Falls would like to inform its residents and stakeholders that due to a significant increase in unpaid bills, the Council will be intensifying water disconnections in Chinotimba Suburb with effect from 25 September 2024. This action is necessary to ensure the continued provision and sustainability of water services and service delivery.
Please note that disconnections will be made for all accounts with overdue balances. Reconnection will only be possible after full payment of the outstanding amount or making a partial payment and establishing a payment plan, along with paying a reconnection fee.
Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. To avoid inconveniences kindly settle outstanding payments.
